  • Wayne Hardee Law gave away 70 bicycles to families today at its Greenville office. The firm launched its Christmas bike drive on Dec. 1 and received over a thousand bike requests from the community.  WITN

ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • On Tuesday evening, a fire at a mobile home on Bubba Boulevard displaced a family (two adults and four children) as Greenville Fire/Rescue quickly extinguished the blaze and the cause remains under investigation.  WITN

  • The Peele family from Williamston competed on Family Feud to honor loved ones lost to COVID while sharing a memorable experience with host Steve Harvey. Their episode will air on Wednesday, Jan. 28.  WITN

  • Drivers in Greenville enjoy lower gas prices as many prepare for holiday travel, with prices dropping by 9 cents to an average of $2.61 per gallon (GasBuddy reported this drop on Monday). Savings on fuel bring welcome relief as families plan trips for Christmas.  WITN
