The program, held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 p.m. until midnight, provides basketball, games and food and will continue through the school year.

On Friday, Greenville Utilities responded to a wastewater overflow in Bethel after heavy rain caused about 5,328 gallons (from three manholes) to enter stormwater conveyances; cleanup finished by 8:00 p.m. and officials treated the area with a chlorine solution.
The Refuge camp broke ground in Ayden on a $3.2 million expansion to build its largest meeting space — 10,000 sqft hall that will support new programs. Donors have contributed $2.2 million so far, and a prayer breaking is planned next week to aid the project’s growth.
