Good morning, Greenville.

On Sunday evening, seven churches gathered at Jarvis Memorial United Methodist Church for the third Living the Word Ministry pre-Thanksgiving service—raising money for Pitt County Feed Our Families amid high food costs.

Organizers said the funds will help local food pantries give food to residents in need.

Today, Congressman Don Davis will travel across all 22 counties—delivering pies to law enforcement, firefighters, and emergency services as part of the annual Pies of Thanks Thanksgiving tour to honor first responders.
