- ➤ The Greenville City Council will revisit whether local breweries can sell liquor with mixed drinks—this change could relax Bar 2022 rules that currently limit them to serving only beer. - ➤ Crews are building a reduced conflict intersection at a busy Pitt County location while keeping the road open for traffic. The project aims to improve road safety + ease congestion for local drivers. WITN
- ➤ Congressman Greg Murphy requested today that his pay be withheld during the government shutdown—he argued no member of Congress should accept payment as taxpayers face the shutdown’s effects.
