Residents will have the chance to shape the plan by attending community forums scheduled for October 7 at Ayden Middle School Library, October 8 at Pitt Community College and North Pitt High School Library, October 9 at the Cultural Arts & Recreation Center in Greenville, and October 16 via a virtual event.
