- ➤ A Pink Hill man who was in critical condition after a shooting died from his injuries, officials said. WITN
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Yesterday, Greenville opened a new playground at Wildwood Park that features a zip line and ninja course. The $1 million project — which built new restroom facilities and a parking lot — was completed after 18 months of work. WNCT
- ➤ The Greenville City Council will review nearly $15 million in contracts for a new Town Common bulkhead and esplanade along the Tar River — the meeting will also address a donation of a Fire Tower — on Monday. The Daily Reflector
- ➤ ECU announced plans to move its chancellor's home closer to campus as students complete the spring semester and leave residence halls. Officials will introduce an ordinance to curb e-scooter violations—efforts that are set to boost campus safety. The Daily Reflector
