ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Pitt County Soil and Water supports using grassed waterways—gently sloping vegetated channels—to slow runoff and protect farmland from erosion. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ ECU Health Medical Center has proposed to build five new operating rooms by the end of 2029 at a cost of $138.3 million— a public hearing on the project is scheduled for December 17th at 10:30 a.m. at Eugene James Auditorium in Greenville with comments due by 5 p.m. on December 1st. WITN
