- ➤ The City of Greenville launched a shuttle service to connect downtown with Dickinson Avenue after customers faced detours reaching a local restaurant — the service is expected to support area businesses and ease traffic. The Daily Reflector
- ➤ A public hearing for the Community Transportation Program Application will be held on September 15 at 6 p.m. before the Pitt County Board of Commissioners in Greenville—written comments must be submitted by September 12. - ➤ A local group is running Penny Pinchers Health Grocery Store Tours to show that healthy food can be affordable.
