  • Asthmatic mother Shiqueta Pittman said she has spent three summers without working air conditioning in her Greenville public housing unit because fans and a window unit failed to keep her children cool in brutal heat—she says repeated work orders with the housing authority have not led to a lasting fix and that neighbors face similar issues.  WITN
